Chicken and Rice Soup With Green Chiles and Ginger
This soup will definitely pack a punch as it will be full of flavors and very hearty due to the meat and rice. However, it is pretty easy to make, and you can even make it ahead of time if you wish to bring it over to a friend, but it’s definitely going to make anyone eating it feel a lot better. And the slight spiciness from the chiles and ginger will definitely open your sinuses right up.
You can always swap the chiles for some other less spicy variety if you cannot handle the spice very well.

Why is everything Chicken? I know its rare but some of us have an allergy to anything chicken!
So just omit the chicken or use some other meat. Why complain when the solution is so easy?
2 out of 5 recipes are not chicken.
Ain’t it the truth? Everything chicken. I am disappointed with lack of variety in the protein choices for these recipes.
