6 snacks that might increase the chance of getting cancer
Cancer is a very complex disease. There are many types of cancer, and they all have their own potential causes. Unfortunately, modern science and medicine have been unsuccessful in finding all the needed answers, so what we know so far is that there are a variety of factors that contribute to the development of such a terrible disease.
First, there’s the genetic makeup and the family history that play a huge role. Then there are the external factors that you may or may not have control over, such as lifestyle habits or the environment that you live or work in. But today we’re going to talk about lifestyle, as research has proven that up to 90% of malignant tumors have something to do with the way we conduct our daily lives.
One of the most relevant is your diet, and that’s due to the fact that certain foods are associated with a higher risk of cancer. Let’s take a closer look at some specific foods (snacks) and see how they might increase your risk of developing cancer.

It makes me VERY Angry thatitdered fish was mentioned!! People can eat completely healthily without contributing to the death and suffering of animals.
Lighten up Colleen.
If God didn’t want us to eat animals why did he make them out of meat? OR, the non-religious take on this: Why are our teeth made to rip meat apart. The design of our human teeth show that we are omnivores. That means we were designed or evolved to eat meat as well as vegetables. Animals don’t have to suffer. The solution is to kill them as quickly and humanely as possible. The fact is that most food providing meat animals today would never have been born if we humans didn’t eat meat. That is what they are raised for.
Megan. At age 79 and having eaten all the proscribed foods except yogurt in great quantities and remaining incredibly healthy you just sucked the air out of the room.
Wow! This is a problem! I can’t eat any more of my favorites! That is a mental breakdown to stop these foods!
I feel that it’s all about moderation. Eating the occasional sweetened yogurt or side of fries isn’t means to panic to ban them 100 percent.
