Amy’s Organic Lentil Soup
Coming back to Amy’s Organic, you can probably already guess why nutritionists are fans of this type of soup. Not only are they from a brand that does not add too much salt to their soups, but they are also organic and made from healthy ingredients. When it comes to lentils, they are some of the healthiest and easiest to eat when it comes to soups, and they are full of fiber and iron.
Dietitians are known to keep a can or two of this soup on hand in their pantry, especially since it is also kosher, free from a lot of allergens, and vegan, which makes it suitable for a lot of people no matter what type of diet they have! You just need to like lentils!
It’s good to have our pantry in clear order so that we are able to fall back on something when we are in a pinch and need to throw together a quick meal. While it is good to know which canned soups are the best to have in your pantry, you should also check out which other staples are a must-have in every American’s pantry!

I’ve never seen Pacific brand in my stores, but I’ll look for “Amy”‘s soups and Healthy Choice.
Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s should carry Pacific brand soups.
Pacific red pepper tomato is amazing. It’s the only soup I eat that I don’t make myself.
Disappointed that I don’t see gluten-free listed here.
The brands listed are not available in PA.
Pacific Foods soup is available in Pa. I recently purchased at either ShopRite or the fresh grocer in South Philly.
