Rustic Italian Vegetable
You should not avoid all canned soups because they are full of salt and preservatives! There are a lot of organic brands on the market, and even some of the brands that you are most used to seeing around the shops or online will come with a new recipe. Companies caught on that they should stop making versions that are so salty, and most also come in “reduced” or “low” versions, which just means that they are made with less salt.
When it comes to a hearty and healthy plant-based protein soup, you cannot go wrong with Amy’s Organic Reduced Sodium Soups. They are definitely some of the best in the market, and if you are craving vegetable soup, the Rustic Italian Vegetable one is one of the best out there. Not to mention, it is also good for those who are trying to cut down on meat consumption or those who are looking for vegan canned soups.

I’ve never seen Pacific brand in my stores, but I’ll look for “Amy”‘s soups and Healthy Choice.
Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s should carry Pacific brand soups.
Pacific red pepper tomato is amazing. It’s the only soup I eat that I don’t make myself.
Disappointed that I don’t see gluten-free listed here.
The brands listed are not available in PA.
Pacific Foods soup is available in Pa. I recently purchased at either ShopRite or the fresh grocer in South Philly.
