Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (or you can substitute it with apple cider vinegar if you wish to)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 small garlic clove
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel your garlic clove and then mince or grate it carefully, depending on your preference. Take a small bowl, and whisk together the olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Once emulsified, taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
