  1. I am a 77 yr old lady who very seldom visit fast food restaurants anymore. My favorite is Wendy’s Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. It fills me up and free senior drink which is just enough for lunch. I am a thin lady that is health conscious. I never order fries. I avoid McDonalds completely.

    Seniors should not be eating at any fast food restaurants! I am a 76 year old woman and I refuse to eat the junk sold at these places. Did you know that McDonald’s fries have 17 ingredients in them? When I found that out, I swore I would never eat there again. You can get healthy, delicious meals at most grocery stores now. And even Chik-fil-A has good salads (just don’t use too much dressing). But we all need to avoid processed food. These chemical-filled products are causing numerous degenerative diseases that are threatening mankind. Stop with the junk already and have some tuna on wheat bread with a sliced apple and some carrot sticks for lunch instead!
