Epic Bone Broth
You may have heard of the benefits of bone broth lately. It has become the talk of the town in the last few years, and it is also a staple in a lot of dietary movements, be it Whole30, Keto, or Paleo. However, it is not something that has come out of nowhere.
Bone broth is great when it comes to flavor; it is definitely savory and delicious, and you can easily make it into a delicious soup without many hassles and only a few added ingredients. This one from EPIC is considered one of the best ones out there: it is low in sodium, packed with healthy ingredients, has a lot of protein, and due to its nature as a bone broth, it has a boosting benefit when it comes to collagen.
Some people suggest you add herbs to it, but those of you who are fans of bone broths will definitely enjoy this one. And with a few leftovers from around the fridge, you can make yourself a bowl of chicken noodle soup in a matter of minutes!

I’ve never seen Pacific brand in my stores, but I’ll look for “Amy”‘s soups and Healthy Choice.
Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s should carry Pacific brand soups.
Pacific red pepper tomato is amazing. It’s the only soup I eat that I don’t make myself.
Disappointed that I don’t see gluten-free listed here.
The brands listed are not available in PA.
Pacific Foods soup is available in Pa. I recently purchased at either ShopRite or the fresh grocer in South Philly.
