We’re ending on a sweet note with another delicious snack that can send us right back to childhood. In true nutritious fashion, the best sweets are the natural ones, which include fruits, and we all know how the saying goes. Apples do keep doctors away, and now they make for healthy, delicious snacks!
Pair your apples, which are full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C, with peanut butter for a satisfying and filling combination. Peanut butter (as long as it is organic and eaten in moderation) is actually a healthy snack, full of vitamin E, magnesium, and unsaturated, healthy fats.
If you want, you can also swap the peanut butter for other types of nut butters, as long as you make sure they are not full of added sugar!
