#1 Those hands aren’t exactly up to regulations

One of the not-so-secret things employees say is that they are supposed to be wearing gloves when they are preparing the food. While a lot of us know that they have to wear caps, maybe the gloves were not so obvious. However, here comes the bad side of things: the kitchen employees have spilled some secrets. A lot of them do not wear gloves and just touch the food they are going to eat directly.

That wouldn’t be such a big problem if only they were washing their hands as much as they were supposed to. There are rules and even the law when it comes to workplace sanitation, especially in kitchens, and not everyone is keeping to these rules. It should go without saying that they are supposed to wash their hands thoroughly and frequently, but we guess some forget the memo.

If there’s one thing the pandemic taught us, it’s that not everyone is versed in handwashing. We just didn’t think people working with food would be among them…
