#2 Some of those employee conduct rumors are true

There are a lot of people who believe there are lots of nefarious things going on in the back of fast food restaurants! And while a lot of them are just unfounded rumors, there are a few that have been debunked by employees, and you may want to keep them in mind the next time you stop by a joint.

There are people who just abide by the 3-second rule when no one sees them. So there have been people who have seen their colleagues just drop food and then pick it back up immediately, only to add it to the grill instead of the garbage bin! We doubt this happens in most places, but it’s something to keep in mind if the place you stopped at seems shady. Not to mention, some people actually do spit in your food; they do get suspended or fired, but it still counts if the person seems irritable!
