Ingredients
- half a cup of whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small or medium sized garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel and mince your garlic cloves. Likewise, finely mince your capers and set them aside.
In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard and whisk together well. Add the minced garlic and capers, then season well with salt and pepper to taste. Add it to your salad and enjoy, or store it in the fridge for later (but no later than two days).
You can use it as a dressing for any type of salad, not just Caesar salad.
