Don’t rush into it!
Dieticians suggest that you start making changes gradually, by limiting the changes to one or two at a time.
This will give you time to get used to them and to also realize what works for your diet and palate and what does not. Another way to introduce more healthy food options is to pick an ingredient you have not used before (like a vegetable, grain, or even spice) and then try to incorporate it into meals! You can do it every month or week, and slowly you will be building up to more healthy options that you wouldn’t have even thought to cook before!
