Let’s be honest, we cannot know everything there is to know about healthy eating habits, and while we can do our best to stay informed, we need to accept that there is a lot we need to take in and even more that we need to get used to in order to build healthy eating habits. Yet, that also means that we need to give ourselves the time to learn about them and get used to the new habits so that they can come naturally to us.

This means that you cannot start doing things and then immediately expect them to stick, while also knowing that if you just suddenly change everything about how you eat, there is a high chance that you will not stick to it. You can easily overwhelm yourself if you change everything overnight, and that can lead to you not managing to stick to the healthy eating habits you want to make permanent in your life.
