1. Pepsi
Pepsi is a very popular carbonated drink, and we all recognize it by its iconic logo that has the colors red, white, and blue. And now, really, it is obvious why this soda is so common; who wouldn’t drink a glass of ice-cold Pepsi during a hot summer day?
But even if it tastes good and we all like it, you should know that Pepsi is not a healthy choice of drink. If we look at the back of the label on the bottle, we can find the following nutritional values: 250 calories and 69 g carbs (0 g fiber, 69 g sugar). All of the values are for 20 fl. oz.
We’ve been talking about the classic flavor of Pepsi, which, surprisingly enough, has more sugar than the vanilla variety. We know that you love the crisp taste of this drink, but next time, try to have only half of the bottle or choose a smaller size.

So are you saying products not on the list are good? The lack of Coke products makes me think they sponsored the article.
I was thinking the same thing! I use coke to clean my toilet!
Also why no discussion of the difference between sugar and high fructose corn syrup!
And if sugar is the culprit, what about diet sodas? You only focused on the calories and sugar which diet soda has none of.
What about sweeteners? Aspartame for example.
