6. Mug Cream Soda
This soda is the favorite of many Americans because there are few who can resist its creamy and smooth caramel and vanilla flavors. Mug Cream Soda has been a longstanding presence on the market, and many of us used to drink it during our childhood. Because of this, it can evoke a feeling of nostalgia for many people.
Also, you can consume this drink stand-alone or use it as a base for ice cream soda or different floats. More than that, the carbonation level of Mug Cream Soda is pretty low, and because of that, people prefer it over other sodas. It is less harsh for the throat.
If we look at the label of a 20-ounce bottle, we can see the following: 290 calories and 79 g carbs (0 g fiber, 79 g sugar). Again, this drink, like many other carbonated drinks, has too much sugar. If we were to compare, a single bottle of this soda has as much sugar as a whole pint of Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean ice cream.

So are you saying products not on the list are good? The lack of Coke products makes me think they sponsored the article.
I was thinking the same thing! I use coke to clean my toilet!
Also why no discussion of the difference between sugar and high fructose corn syrup!
And if sugar is the culprit, what about diet sodas? You only focused on the calories and sugar which diet soda has none of.
What about sweeteners? Aspartame for example.
