Doritos Locos anything
I would strongly recommend you stay away from anything that starts with “Doritos Locos”. These well-known tacos are somehow low in calories, fat, and sodium, and their fillings are basically held together by those Doritos shells.
But here’s the catch: those shells have something called MSG, which might taste super good, but it makes you want to eat more. So we’re not talking ONLY about Doritos Locos for your next trip to Taco Bell, as I can assure you that you’ll order a lot more!
Cheesy Gordita Crunch
I know what you’re thinking: Why is the delicious Cheesy Gordita Crunch such a bad option? First, we’re talking about two tacos in one. Then, there’s a mysterious amount of cheese mixed with salty beef, fatty ranch sauce, and, again, useless iceberg lettuce.
Then, take this ingredient and wrap it in a hard shell, then wrap everything in a doughy flour flatbread. Only ONE of these Gorditas has 850 milligrams of sodium, so if you’re slightly thinking of keeping track of your blood pressure levels, you shouldn’t touch this menu item.

I think people should mind their own business, if you don’t like it then don’t buy it
Well maybe true one doesn’t have to choose Taco Bell but it IS people’s business to know just how bad the food is for your health
I think everyone should get in touch with their bodies, people are killing themselves slowly by eating toxic foods.
Yes, WE must Know What we are eating.
What fast food place is “healthy” ??
I think the author has a vendetta against Taco Bell. The vitriol made me ill.
As a person who is highly sensitive to salt, I appreciate this reminder. I know Taco Bell is high in sodium, everything on the menu is salt or sugar or fatty, all too much for one meal. It breaks my heart, to be honest. Taco Bell USED to be one of the best fast food places available but they did away with several of the more healthy choices and replaced them with the less expensive ingredients which are also high in salt, sugar, and fat. Every company needs to be conscious of the cost v profit but this is just too much. I don’t eat at TacoBell any more and it used to be my go to for at least a few meals a week. No, thank you.
They say all fast food places are not good for your health but I say that as little as we eat out, I don’t think it would hurt buying out a couple times a month. We spend enough on our food each week at the grocery store but there’s a different taste from food that you buy out and especially if we don’t have to cook it.
