3. Salmon

There are a lot of people who love salmon, but not so many are aware that this fish is one of the perfect protein sources. For a serving of 3.5 ounces, salmon has no less than 22 grams of protein.

But this is not all that salmon has to offer. It is also rich in some of the much-needed nutrients, such as vitamin D, B vitamins, and selenium. Omega-3 fatty acids are also a big part of why people are big fans of salmon. EPA, or eicosapentaenoic acid, and DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, are some of the omega-3 fatty acids that you can get if you eat this fish.

These acids are known to be extremely healthy, improving brain function and the health of the heart. Also, they are effective in reducing body inflammation.

You can eat salmon in many ways, but if you want something new, you can absolutely try some salmon tacos. Grab some whole wheat corn tortillas, add some baked or grilled salmon, fresh vegetables, yogurt, and salsa, and you are good to go. Now you have some incredible salmon tacos!
