This very rare but early warning sign of a prostate issue is an unexplained pain around the area of your prostate, particularly when you’re trying to sit down. This can also suggest a prostate infection. But, again, only your urologist can tell you for sure.

Complete loss of bladder or bowel control

Things like fecal and urinary incontinence can come with age. Or it can be related to a few other medical illnesses.

However, if you’re experiencing an inability to control your bowel movements or bladder leakage, speak with your doctor ASAP about ruling out something more serious, like prostate cancer.
