#4 Switch the fried chicken for the grilled one!
You have probably seen this one before and thought that it would not count that much, but if you are looking to be careful with your health, there is a difference when it comes to how much fat each of these types of chicken has. After all, the caloric intake is not as drastically different as we have seen so far, with about 80 calories being the difference between the grilled and the fried chicken, but while the grilled only has 7 grams of fat, the fried one has 15 grams!
So if you are trying to watch what you are eating and choose a salad or a wrap at a fast food place, make sure that you go for the grilled chicken if the fat content is something that you worry about!
