Okay, I have to admit that when I heard that one of the most exquisite foods you could pickle is garlic, I was over the moon. It’s my favorite thing ever, thanks to the fact that it adds flavor to any of the meals I put together and is also good for keeping colds at bay.

But hey, I’ll stop here with my garlic appreciation moment because I could talk and talk and talk about it, and that’s not exactly our topic. If you’re sick of eating plain old garlic, it might be time to take it up a notch and pickle it.

It won’t have such a powerful aroma, and it will be just perfect for sauteed vegetables, salad dressings, steak, rotisserie chicken, fried fish, and so many other things.
