Milk Thistle
Known for many years to help strengthen the liver, this cancer-fighting herb has now been revealed to protect the liver during chemotherapy.
Further examination showed that leukemia patients who consumed milk thistle had reduced chemo side effects and liver toxicity. There’s even evidence that it has anti-cancer activity, too.
