The second item on our list is the Hot Cakes and Sausage. We can understand that you might get a sugar craving early in the morning, but having breakfast with this much sugar is not the best idea.

The three hot cakes and the savory hot sausage might be tempting, but you will eat 780 calories first thing in the morning. It has a lot of carbs. Actually, the carbs in the Hot Cakes and Sausage are the equivalent of 7 slices of bread (103g of carbs). Now think about it: would you ever eat 7 slices of bread in one sitting? Probably not.

More than that, it also has more than half of the recommended amount of saturated fat you should consume in one day and 37% of your daily dose of salt.
