4. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles

Just look at this sandwich for a second, and you will immediately feel like you should order it. This menu item from McDonald’s looks amazing, and you might think it is the perfect breakfast.

Eggs, sausage, and a slice of delicious American cheese, all put between two griddle cakes. What more can you wish for? And yeah, this sandwich might seem perfect but it isn’t. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles has 550 calories! Besides that, it has a lot of saturated fat (13 g) and too much sodium (1290 mg).

The 20 g of protein is the only good thing about this sandwich, but the overconsumed nutrients easily surpass this.
