Coffee
For many people, coffee is a natural part of their daily routine. And when you drink it in small quantities, coffee can be perfectly harmless. But did you know that it can make your sweat smell and give you bad breath? You will likely feel your mouth dry up when you drink coffee.
This allows bacteria to build up in your mouth, which leads to an acidic, icky breath. We recommend drinking water after coffee to counteract this reaction.
Beets
Beetroot is high in methyl, a substance broken down in your digestive system to create trimethylamine. This compound is released onto your skin and can cause a fishy smell that will repel most people.
We’re not saying you shouldn’t eat beets anymore. But maybe save them for a night in when you’re on your own!
