Garlic
As much as we all love garlic, it can cause you to emit body odor from your pores and have bad breath. So don’t be surprised if your entire body smells like garlic the next time you go out.
When garlic gets broken down, it creates sulfur-like compounds that can show up on your breath or react with sweat on your skin to create a foul odor.
Red Meat
A study done in 2016 took sweat samples from vegetarian and meat-eating men and then asked a group of women to pick out the most disgusting body odor they smelled.
Across the board, the women found that the scent of the vegetarian men was much more appealing than their meat-eating peers. So if you want to avoid that body odor, become a vegetarian!
Then again, you could also just swap some of your red meat portions for chicken or seafood every once in a while.
