This one isn’t exactly a specific food but an entire group of them. It might seem too broad to be helpful. But bear with us… The more processed your food is, the more “stuff” gets added to it, and the harder it is for your body to process.
This means that these foods stay in your system for quite a while, during which they release various chemicals that saturate your system and get released through your glands whenever you sweat.
We already know that junk food is unhealthy for us for different reasons and is also very bad for our waistlines. The fact that it can make you smell is simply another reason to give it up!
