The white bread that you can get from most grocery stores and superstores is full of preservatives and refined grains. In order to be able to resist for so long on the shelves, not only are there a ton of additives in it, but it also contains a lot of sugar and other preservatives that you do not want to keep adding into your body and bloodstream.
The refined grains used to make commercial bread have been linked to raised blood sugar levels, which can then lead to insulin resistance and diabetes. Moreover, it also increases the risk of developing colon and kidney cancer!
This doesn’t mean that you should not eat bread, but rather that you should be careful about the type of bread you eat. It is better to go for whole-grain foods and bread, as they have more fiber than those made with white flour. It is also better to go for bakery bread than the overprocessed one you find on the shelf in grocery stores.
What’s more, whole-grain pasta and bread, as well as oats, will increase your beneficial fiber intake and lower your risk of colon cancer!

But I have not seen those 5 foods can you please give them to me please I’m so scared because I have been having alot of problems with my stomach and my father had stomach cancer so can you please send me those foods so that I can make sure to try and stay away from them.
