Bone broth benefit: It’s highly nutritious
Bone broth soup is rich in nutrients. On their own, our bones are already rich in nutrients and vitamins, including magnesium, calcium, and phosphorous. Also, brewing connective tissue into bone broth supplies the body with natural compounds from the cartilage.
