Yogurt
Yogurt and kefir have probiotics, which help sustain a healthy balance of gut bacteria. Probiotics are tiny micro-organisms that break down fiber.

When you suddenly have more microbes ‘eating’ the fiber, it will quickly help things pass.

Castor Oil
This is a well-known natural laxative. It oils up your intestines without absorbing the moisture from the small intestine walls.

This helps with quick elimination and prevents constipation. But be aware, castor oil should be used in moderation because excessive use can harm your stomach muscles, nerves, and tissues.

Pro Tip: Mix one teaspoon of cold-pressed castor oil with a glass of orange or cranberry juice. For young children, use half a teaspoon,
and be sure to drink it on an empty stomach.

  1. I am already eating and drinking many of these foods on a daily basis but still have a problem with constipation. I have to use an OTC medication or suppository to relieve my constipation.
