Vitamins B3 & B5
When we are talking about vitamin B3 (or niacin), we can only think about one thing: reducing the amount of body inflammation! This vitamin is working together with over 400 enzymes that exist in our bodies in order to produce and convert materials needed so our bodies work properly. What’s more, since vitamin B3 is an antioxidant, it is also a great aid in reducing the excess inflammation that may be found in our bodies.
However, if you are looking at the B vitamin that is known to help with the overall good functioning and upkeep of your brain health, then you should turn your attention to vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid. You may have heard about this acid as it is the most essential when creating coenzyme A, which is a molecular compound that is responsible for both building and breaking down fatty acids and converting them into energy for the body.
Since our brains are actually made out of fat, you can see why pantothenic acid is one of the most important vitamins to keep in mind for brain health!
You can always try to get some supplements if you have a vitamin B deficiency, but always make sure to talk to your doctor before starting to take them!
