Raisins
Not only is this dried snack high in stool-softening magnesium and fiber, but it also doesn’t have the same bloat-inducing sugar alcohol, sorbitol, that prunes do.

Papaya
Besides papaya fruit, the juice itself also has amazing laxative properties. This extraordinary fruit contains papain enzyme, which helps digest proteins in the large intestine.

It also has high water and insoluble fiber content and is rich in vitamins A, C, and E.

Pro Tip: Eat half a papaya fruit every day in the morning. It’s beneficial to consume this fruit after eating protein-rich meals to aid digestion.
