Sauerkraut

Coffee
Your morning cup of joe doesn’t just stimulate your brain, but your bowels as well. Caffeine gets things going… But too much coffee can actually cause constipation, so just be mindful of how much you’re drinking.
Granola bars
Granola and protein bars can’t be found in nature, but they usually include chicory root fiber. This is entirely natural and can cause pretty quick bowel movement… and best of all, they’re super easy to travel with.
