6. Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel

Two slices of melted American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, an egg, and a delicious toasted bagel. This sandwich seems amazing, and it’s one of the favorites at McDonald’s. Who doesn’t want to eat some bacon and eggs in the morning?

As with all of the sandwiches that we presented on this list, this one is also not the best choice for breakfast for the same reasons. It has a lot of sodium and saturated fat, 11 g respectively 1270 g all of these packed in 550 calories.

Saturated fat is bad and can clog your arteries. Also, too much sodium raises blood pressure and can increase the risk of stroke and heart disease.

So, we’ve seen what the worst breakfast choices are that you can order from the McDonald’s menu. Now, let’s take a look at some items that are healthier. You can choose them and be sure you will have a decent meal.
