2. Chia seed pudding
Who wouldn’t like to wake up in the morning and enjoy some COVID-19-fighting breakfasts? I would love a tasty breakfast that is going to give me the energy to fight germs and bacteria.
If you’re like me, say no more, because chia seed pudding is going to make your mornings a lot better. These tiny seeds are dense, and they triple their volume when in contact with yogurt, water, or milk. They’re rich in iron, fiber, healthy fats, and calcium, and they’re one of the best superfoods ever.
They’re an excellent source of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, and they’ll keep you fuller for longer. You can use regular or non-dairy milk to make this delicious pudding or some yogurt, and it will turn out amazing.
Combine milk or yogurt with chia seeds, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, mix them well, pop them in the fridge, and add some fruit pieces, a teaspoon of peanut butter, or a handful of nuts for extra crunch and flavor. Enjoy.
