Low-fat and nonfat yogurts (sweetened)
Among yogurt’s benefits, it’s worth mentioning that it’s a rich source of protein and probiotics (which are needed for healthy digestion). Even so, so many types of yogurt are filled with added sugar, which makes them less of a healthy choice.
And don’t be fooled by those fat-free types: I know that less fat means fewer calories, but it also means less energy. For a healthier alternative, it would be better to go for full-fat, unsweetened Greek yogurt. It has more protein, and you can sweeten it with some honey, maple, or any other syrup.

You obviously know nothing about gravy. There is neither oil nor butter in gravy. It is made from grease left over from frying bacon or sausage, flour, and milk, with some salt and pepper.
