Fruit juice

Even if you think that drinking fruit juice will satisfy your thirst and that it’s way better than sugary sodas or sweetened teas, I hate to break this to you, but it’s not. Yes, it’s true, fruit juice has a ton of nutrients and antioxidants, but it’s very high in sugar and low in fiber. Hence, the best thing you could do is have the OCCASIONAL drink and try to stick to the whole fruit.

Breakfast pastries

Breakfast pastries are the crème de la crème, so to speak. Most of us would imagine the ideal morning with a croissant by our side, but healthwise, it’s one of the poorest choices you could ever make. They’re filled with all the wrong things: sugar, fat, and calories, leaving no room for what you need: protein and fiber.

This means that they won’t keep you full for long, and you will end up hungry before lunchtime. So if you know you have a full day ahead of you, make sure you keep these treats for a special occasion.

  1. You obviously know nothing about gravy. There is neither oil nor butter in gravy. It is made from grease left over from frying bacon or sausage, flour, and milk, with some salt and pepper.
