So many people emphasize how essential it is to have breakfast every day, it just makes you wonder…if having ANYTHING for breakfast does the trick. After all, I am more than ready to follow this breakfast rule…and have my favorite recipe for pancakes.

However, it doesn’t work like this. It seems that the healthiest breakfast choice has a combination of protein, fiber, and healthy fats that will keep you fulfilled until lunchtime. Also, you have to eat a moderate amount of unrefined carbs to gather more energy.

  1. You obviously know nothing about gravy. There is neither oil nor butter in gravy. It is made from grease left over from frying bacon or sausage, flour, and milk, with some salt and pepper.
