Muffins
Muffins are oftentimes considered to be a healthy choice for breakfast, especially if they’re filled with bran, oats, apples, and blueberries. However, they’re on this list, so you can guess that something’s not quite right about them.
What we know about “healthy muffins” is nothing but a misconception, since they’re filled with refined white flour, oil, a ton of sugar, and almost no protein or fiber. Besides, they’re often loaded with a ton of calories (one muffin can contain up to 400 calories).
If you’re still dreaming about that muffin in the morning, you have to make sure you choose a version that’s entirely made with whole grain, and fewer fruits and nuts.

Not quite…rice cakes.
You obviously know nothing about gravy. There is neither oil nor butter in gravy. It is made from grease left over from frying bacon or sausage, flour, and milk, with some salt and pepper.
Thank you for sharing, I am changing my diet to healthier foods
