4 Delicious Frittata Recipes That Are Perfect for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs;
  • 4 potatoes washed and chopped;
  • 2 green onions chopped;
  • 5 strips of cooked bacon chopped;
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped;
  • 2 tablespoons milk;
  • 4 tbsps olive oil;
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded;
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt;
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper;
  • sour cream for serving.

How to:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit degrees;

Step 2: Grab a large skillet and heat your oil over medium heat. Then add the chopped potatoes and cook them for 5 minutes. When your potatoes turn a bit golden, add 2 tbsps of green onion and set aside.

Step 3: Grab a medium bowl and mix the eggs and milk together. Then add ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese, bacon, potatoes, and ¼ cup of green onion. Add salt and pepper to taste;

Step 4: Pour the mixture you obtained during the 3rd step into a 10-inch oiled skillet. Cook them in the pan over medium heat and don’t stir. Allow them to set and firm up. Then add your skillet into the oven and bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.

Step 5: Remove the pan from the oven carefully and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place the pan back in the oven and bake for an additional 2 or 3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Step 6: Take your skillet out of the oven, allow your frittata to cool down for a couple of minutes, and then cut it and serve it warm. You have the perfect balanced meal, perfect for those busy days when you don’t have a lot of time to cook!
