8 Things Chefs Would NEVER Order at a Restaurant

Soup

A lot of chefs avoid getting soups unless they are well-known for this liquid dish! It may seem out of the ordinary; after all, what could be wrong with a simple soup? The truth is that a lot can go wrong when it comes to soups, and most chefs actually know how to tell the difference between a great soup and one that was just haphazardly thrown together and then served.

A lot of chefs claim that most restaurants do not pay enough attention to their soups in order to make it worthwhile to order one, especially since it is more often than not the cheapest lunch item. And when you think about it like that, it makes sense!

Not to mention, if you’re unlucky enough, the vegetable cream soup you’re getting may just be yesterday’s veggie soup boiled up! We wouldn’t risk it.

  1. This is horrible. Shame on the chefs. Is the artical saying they are not professional. We,, the customers, can’t rely on them to do their job properly and safely. And if the chefs know about other issues taking place by the staff why do they let it continue. Who has control in the kitchen? Apparently no one! Don’t drink the water and don’t use the fork. Maybe we all should keep out. And I’m not saying McDonald’s!
