Alcohol
Alcohol is recognized for its soothing effect. In fact, many individuals report that drinking a little wine with dinner or in the evening seems to help them go sleep more quickly.
Even though this might seem tempting to try, it’s not the best idea. This is because alcohol might reduce the quality and length of your sleep, resulting in less restful sleep overall.
It’s okay to drink a glass of wine every now and then, but drinking every single day will cause more harm than good. Not to mention, the next day you wake up, you might feel tired, and sleepy, and also have a major headache due to dehydration.

My wife is Korean and has eaten short-grain white rice every day of her life since the age of 3. She’s over 60 now and is almost as active and energetic as she was when she was 30 (she owns and operates her own business, which requires a good deal of physical and mental effort). If you sit around and do nothing most of the time, then rice can be bad for you, but so can avocados and prune juice.
