Spinach
Spinach is at the top of the list of foods that help you keep COVID away. Why do we recommend eating spinach? First of all, it’s packed with vitamin C as well as antioxidants and beta-carotene, all of which give your immune system the necessary boost to fend off intruders.
Avoid overcooking spinach since the antioxidants become less active the more it is cooked. More nutrients will remain intact if you consume it raw or only mildly boiled. The recommended daily serving size for spinach is 1 cup of fresh spinach or 1/2 cup cooked, depending on your preferences.
