Slow Cooker

You need to have a basic slow cooker. In my humble opinion, this is an essential kitchen, especially if you want to successfully blend healthy cooking with a busy scheduled healthy cooking with a busy schedule.

Slow cookers are probably the easiest way to make healthy, full-of-flavor one-pot recipes such as soups, stews, and casseroles.
