Not only is it going to be way healthier, but you will also avoid a ton of additional ingredients that are not healthy for you. It is easy to make your own salad dressing, and while it will always be easier to grab a bottle of premade sauce from the supermarket, doing it yourself is the best choice for your health.

Not only that, but you will avoid the unnecessary salt, MSG, sugar, and a ton of additives that come in the premade stuff. Nutritionists generally avoid getting them when they have the option to make them themselves, and you should also start to opt for this.
