6 Premade Foods You Should NEVER Eat (and Why)

Chopped kale

We all know that it is easier to end up buying a bag of chopped greens, and when it comes to kale, a lot of us want to get rid of the tedious process of dealing with fresh kale.

However, when you buy the bagged, premade stuff, you can end up with haphazardly cut kale that also comes with heavy ribs that no one will eat. Not only will this actually leave you with less kale to eat per bag, but it will also annoy you. Not to mention it is roughly cut, and you may have to cut it again, and you never know just how long it has been sitting in that bag on the shelf.

It is better to buy your own fresh kale and get rid of the ribs yourself. This will leave you with fresh greens, and, while annoying and more time-consuming, you will end up saving money as it will be cheaper to get the fresh plant than the premade stuff. And if you do not like the cutting method, you can always try to pinch out all the leaves off the stem. It takes some practice, but it is easily done.
